A Dedicated Training & Event Facility for Dog Sports

Unleashed exists to give trainers, clubs, and handlers access to space without competing for clients or offering instruction.

About
Unleashed

Unleashed Training & Events Center is a purpose-built facility designed to support the dog sport and trainer community.

We provide space, infrastructure, and access for trainers, clubs, and handlers — we do not offer training, classes, or instruction.

Our role is simple: remove real estate friction so great training can happen.

Why This Space Exists

Unleashed grew out of my personal love of dog sports and seeing how much access matters, not just for trainers and clubs, but for everyday handlers who want time and space to work with their dogs.

When dogs have room to practice, explore, and build skills, good things happen. But finding that space isn’t always easy. Schedules are tight. Facilities are limited. Independent practice can be hard to come by. For trainers and clubs, the challenge often comes with the added weight of managing space, logistics, and overhead alongside their actual work.

What became clear over time is that many of these challenges aren’t about training at all. They’re about access.

Unleashed exists to make that access easier. Instead of offering instruction or programs, I chose to focus on creating a place where training, practice, and events can happen. That might be a club running a practice, a trainer meeting with clients, or a handler spending quiet time working one-on-one with their dog.

The idea is simple by design. Unleashed provides shared, purpose-built space and stays out of the instruction itself. That boundary is intentional. It allows the facility to support a wide range of people and goals, while respecting the relationships, programs, and approaches already in place.

Much of this came from working my own dogs and seeing what access, or lack of it, makes possible. Unleashed is here to remove friction, not add another voice, and to make it easier for the dog sport community to keep doing what it does best.

The dogs that inspired this space are all different, and that diversity of experience is part of what shaped the design.

Trainers & Training Groups

Primary training space, overflow space, off-schedule access, and a neutral facility you can trust with your clients.

Unleashed handles the facility overhead so you can pay only for the hours you use.

Clubs

Reliable, neutral space for practices, events, and overflow needs — without competing for members or instruction.

Unleashed supports clubs by providing access to purpose-built facilities, without requiring clubs to manage space, logistics, or long-term commitments.

Dog Owners

Open access to a purpose-built training space for handlers seeking time and space to work with their dogs, whether or not competition or classes are part of the goal.

Unleashed is for handlers who want time and space to work skills with their dogs outside of a structured class. We’ve seen how valuable that access can be, and we aim to make it available to more teams.
